statistics show that stress comes from every detail in our life . financial problems , poor health , being laid off may be the stress that most adults now suffering . as students in the university , we are also under our special stress . while study , having to take various tests and submit a project against a deadline may put a great pressure on us . and the things make us felt stressed may be our parents’s greater expectations on us than we could reach . later , when we are likely to graduate , some other problems will also annoy us . i think we will worry a lot about our ability to compete in the job market and how we can best use what we’ve learned at college in our future job .

years wrinkle the skin , but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul . worry , fear , self –distrust bows the heart and turns the spirit back to dust .

whether 60 of 16 , there is in every human being ‘s heart the lure of wonders, the unfailing childlike appetite of what’s next and the joy of the game of living . in the center of your heart and my heart there’s a wireless station : so long as it receives messages of beauty , hope ,cheer, courage and power from men and from the infinite, so long as you are young .

when the aerials are down , and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old ,even at 20 , but as long as your aerials are up ,to catch waves of optimism , there is hope you may die young at 80.

if i were a boy again, i would school myself into a habit of attention; i would let nothing come between me and the subject in hand. i would remember that a good skater never tries to skate in two directions at once. the habit of attention becomes part of our life, if we begin early enough. i often hear grown-up people say “i could not fix my attention on the lecture or book, although i wished to do so” , and the reason is, the habit was not formed in youth.

if i were to live my life over again, i would pay more attention to the cultivation of the memory. i would strengthen that faculty by every possible means, and on every possible occasion. it takes a little hard work at first to remember things accurately; but memory soon helps itself, and gives very little trouble. it only needs early cultivation to become a power.

if i were a boy again, i would look on the cheerful side. life is very much like a mirror: if you smile upon it, i smile back upon you; but if you frown and look doubtful on it, you will get a similar look in return.

inner sunshine warms not only the heart of the owner, but of all that come in contact with it. “who shuts love out ,in turn shall be shut out from love.”

finally, instead of trying hard to be happy, as if that were the sole purpose of life, i would, if i were a boy again, i would still try harder to make others happy.

大家好！

經過了一個平安、愉快的暑假，我們滿懷着新的希望迎來了XX年的秋季。在這流光溢彩的日子裏，爲了追求心中的理想，爲了汲取知識的營養，我們齊聚在三塘鋪中心小學這艘正待揚帆的航船上。今天我很榮幸有這樣一個機會坐在這裏代表新教師發言。首先我要感謝三塘鋪中心小學給了我一個實現人生抱負的機會和展示自我風采的舞臺。

我認爲，作爲新教師，這本人生新篇章的扉頁上應當寫上這麼四句：

第一句，教書育人是教師的天職。

“師者，傳道、授業、解惑也”。教師必須以嚴謹、務實、勤奮的態度對待教學工作，精心備課，細心講解，耐心解答，努力把學生培養成爲德、智、體等各個方面全面發展的人。

第二句，爲人師表是教師的本份。

“德高爲師，身正爲範”。所謂言傳不如身教，教師應當成爲學生的道德榜樣，以自己的道德意願去醒覺學生的道德意識，以自己的道德感情去感染學生道德情感，以自己的道德行動去引導學生的道德行爲。

第三句，終身學習、追求卓越是教師的根本。

“問君哪得清如許，爲有源頭活水來”。要給學生一碗水，教師就必須要有一桶水；更何況當今世界，知識更新日益加快，知識獲取途徑越來越多樣化。因而教師必須持續不斷的學習，刻苦鑽研業務，不斷提升和完善自己，才能擔負起教師的職責和盡好教師的本份。作爲新教師不但要向書本學，更要向老教師請教，同時也要不恥下問，虛心向學生學習。

第四句，盡心盡責、服務學生是教師的使命。

我認爲，教師與學生本質上是一種共生關係。在日常生活中表現爲“想學生所想，急學生所急，謀學生所謀”；而在精神層面則表現爲“價值理念的共享生成，行爲風範的相互習染，精神風貌的共同塑造”。一句話，“盡心盡責、服務學生”就是“本着服務的心，對學生的未來生命質量負責”。這是教師不可推卸的使命。

最後，我們衷心希望同學們在一段新的人生起跑線前認真審視自己，確立奮鬥目標、端正學習態度、遵規守紀、刻苦學習，用拼搏書寫一支奮鬥的戰歌，用熱情投入譜寫出一曲昂揚的旋律。作爲教師，我們會關注你們的成長，指導你們的學習，我們會爲你們的努力加油鼓氣，會爲你們的進步歡呼欣喜。也許有時我們顯得很嚴厲，這個“不許”、那個“必須”，那是因爲我們深知在你們通往成功的道路上佈滿太多荊棘，我們要對你們嚴格要求，培養你們戰勝困難的勇氣和能力。努力吧，親愛的同學們，爲自己的青春留一段無悔的記憶，在我們的三塘鋪中心小學史冊上給出濃墨重彩的一筆。讓我們攜手努力，創造出更加輝煌的成績！

We take it for granted that we must warm ourselves in winter times, yet we seldom realize the burning away of precious natural resources.

We appreciate all the prosperity from the development of modern industry, yet few would give the slightest consideration to the global air and water pollution caused by industrial wastes.

Our ruthless exploitation has permanently impaired our mother we tragically learned from last summers cannot continue our carelessness.

Finally, standing here at the threshold of the 21st century, we cannot help thinking of our posterity.

Nature is not only the mother of the present generation, but also the mother of the generations to come.

How severely our descendents will criticize us if we leave them a barren and lifeless mother? how much more they will appreciate us if we give them a world of harmony to inherit? let us start respecting and caring for nature from now on.

Let us start the campaign of creating a mutually beneficial relationship between people and nature right from this moment.

Someone said “we are reading the first verse of the first chapter of a book, whose pages are infinite”. I don’t know who wrote these words, but I’ve always liked them as a reminder that the future can be anything we want it to be. We are all in the position of the farmers. If we plant a good seed ,we reap a good harvest. If we plant nothing at all, we harvest nothing at all.

We are young. “How to spend the youth?” It is a meaningful question. To answer it, first I have to ask “what do you understand by the word youth?” Youth is not a time of life, it’s a state of mind. It’s not a matter of rosy cheeks, red lips or supple knees. It’s the matter of the will. It’s the freshness of the deep spring of life.

A poet said “To see a world in a grain of sand, and a heaven in a wild flower, hold infinity in the palm of your hand, and eternity in an hour. Several days ago, I had a chance to listen to a lecture. I learnt a lot there. I’d like to share it with all of you. Let’s show our right palms. We can see three lines that show how our er and life is. I have a short line of life. What about yours? I wondered whether we could see our future in this way. Well, let’s make a fist. Where is our future? Where is our love, career, and life? Tell , it is in our hands. It is held in ourselves.

We all want the future to be better than the past. But the future can go better itself.

大家下午好！

我是今年分配過來的特崗教師。能在開學典禮上代表新分配來的老師們發言，我感到榮幸，卻又心存不安。因爲在我們新教師的隊伍中有優秀班主任；有教學經驗豐富的優秀教師；也有雖然剛踏上教職，但活力四射、青春動感的美女老師。而我只是這支隊伍中普通又平凡的一員。

藉此機會，首先，我萬分感激校領導的信任，把這次重要的發言託付給我；接下來，十分感謝同事們對我工作、生活上的關照；當然，也謝謝我七（4）班可愛的孩子們，是你們的樸素、純真和懂事喚起了我內心的感動，使我快速躍過了對新環境的適應期，讓我進入了教師和班主任的角色中。

今天在這，我並不能代表所有充滿愛心和滿懷熱情的新老師，我姑且只談談自己到達我們高洲中學後的見聞與感受。接下來我呈現給大家的，是我這幾天從我們學校師生身上所見、所聞、所歷的。我也懇請新老師們原諒我用自己的感觸“代表”你們的心聲。

作爲一名特崗教師，激動之餘，我內心更多了一種使命。自我從事教職的第一天，我便急欲將我的所學向我們可愛的孩子們“兜售”。通過媒體，我瞭解到，我們的鄉村教師憑藉教育事業的熱愛和執着信念，嘔心瀝血地堅守在鄉村校園的講臺上從未動搖，爲培養一批批走出鄉村、邁進城市、走向世界的優秀人才做出了不可磨滅的貢獻。我來自一個小山村，我崇拜我的恩師們，現在，我要接過恩師們的教鞭，將鄉村教師那無私的愛心，難以割捨的責任一直傳遞下去，永不言棄。

來到這裏就，同事們問我最多的是，我對這兒的印象。我的回答簡單而真實，印象很好！可能老師和同學們覺得我不夠真誠，然而，每到一個新地方，我不會在意這兒的高樓多少，商場幾所，酒店幾家，我只關注這兒的人，關注這兒的自然環境。

這兒的人，淳樸又熱情，彼此間全無生疏、隔閡。忠明老師、小虎老師是我最先接觸的高州人，最先認識的高洲中學老師，忠明老師30號冒雨至縣城接我們幾個特崗教師的情景仍在我眼前不時閃現。到校後，同事們的笑臉，讓我們幾個消除了心內還未生根的陌生感。在接下來的幾天裏，我尤其感受到了同事們對我們新教師在生活上的關心與照顧，熱心的照顧使身在異鄉的我全然不覺自己是異客。

高洲的自然環境，山環水繞，鳥啁蟲鳴，一眼見到它，沒有誰不會愛上它。俗語有云，仁者樂山。高洲的羣山，孕育了高洲人的淳樸與熱情。沿途領略的美景雖不及此處的十分之一，卻讓我更期待高洲的菜花，黃沙的高天巖。在如此優美的環境下工作與學習，這於萍鄉市內的師生來說，實在是種奢望。而我卻不必奢望，因爲我身處其中；我們同學更不必奢望，因爲我們的家在畫中。

愛山的孩子室穩重的，大氣的，上進的。我們同學立足家鄉，終將走出高洲。哪天，你遠離了家鄉，哪天，你終將想念這裏的一山一水、一草一木，你懷念這裏簡單而進取的村居學習生活。作爲老師，我預祝同學們能在今後的人生路途中一帆風順，我更希望我們同學能用你的所學爲家鄉造福。

熱情高洲，山水高洲，深深吸引並打動着我，相信我們新教師和我一樣，深深爲這兒所打動。請校領導和我們可愛的孩子們放心，熱愛着高洲的新老師一定會紮根於此，服務高洲中學，盡職盡責做好基層教育工作，爲山鄉的孩子們獻出自己的所有心力。

在此，我有個不情之請，還請同事們爲我們新教師多提寶貴意見與建議，您的良言是我們成長的不懈動力。
